How to Register

Tuesday 24 February:
The first day of the conference, will kick off with registration
and a Welcome Function in the afternoon/evening.
Wednesday 25 - Friday 27 February:
Official conference opening and conference sessions occur on these
days, with the Gala Dinner held on Thursday evening.
You will be asked to enter a password with your registration. Once you've completed the registration, a confirmation and invoice will automatically be emailed to you. Using the link provided in this email and your password, you may make any changes, additions or cancel your reservation.
Registration Fees & Information
Full Conference Registration Packages
Early Bird Registration: $1,650 incl GST
Register by Friday, 10 October 2008 (closing 12 midnight AEST) to qualify for this discounted Early Bird Rate!
Standard Full Registration: $1,990 incl
GST
All full conference registrations received after Friday, 10 October 2008 will incur the standard registration fee.
Inclusions
Both the Early Bird and Standard Full Registration packages include: Conference registration fee, full access to all
conference sessions, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea on all Conference days (on Friday, the conference concludes after lunch and no afternoon tea will be served), Welcome Function and Gala Dinner.
Accommodation
Accommodation must be booked separately on the conference registration form, and is not included in the registration fee.
Day Registration Packages
Day One Conference Option - Wednesday: $770 AUD including GST
Day Two Conference Option - Thursday: $770 AUD including GST
Day Three Conference Option - Friday: $770 AUD including GST
Inclusions
Conference proceedings, morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea on the registered day (Friday does not include afternoon tea as the conference concludes
after lunch). All of the Day Registration packages exclude accommodation and social events.
